The Ground Floor Windows are the new double glaazed replacement windows.                                                              The first floor are the original steel windows with single glazed genuine leaded lights.     Govette Ltd are one of only two companies approved to fit windows in this estate.                                    We have orders and enquiries coming in daily to carry out window renewals to more flats.

Can you tell the difference?

We have finished this installation in Saldean overlooking the art deco Lido. Once the scaffold has been dropped we will be taking more photo's. The installation incorporates two bays that each have curved on plan double glazed units at each end. The original windows were also steel single glazed windows but then someone replaced them with softwood timber windows that were faceted on the bays. The new owner wanted to bring the house back to its original glory and has done a fantastic job!

We are in the process of installing this job at the moment. We are fitting our EB24 steel window into the existing brick work openings. The old windows were standard Crittall 'H' type windows. The windows are mostly DUAL COLOUR, black externally and white internally. We are also fitting a set of Bi fold doors to compliment this installation which were manufactured by our sister company Coltlight Ltd (we will post some pictures when installed)

This steel curtain walling system was supplied and installed by another company. The residents are having problems with leaks and draughts. We have been commissioned to investigate and remedy the problem.
